...but I'm sure this will be anyways.
So I'm officially done with my sophomore year of high school. YAY!!! It's been beyond time for this year to be over, especially with last week being such a torturous exam week (pain... 4 hours a day of pain...). However, for me this year is, of course, like no other year.
I'm not going back to DSA for my junior year of high school. That's really depressing. Not only am I going to miss the stuffing out of my beloved friends in my grade and lower, but I've made some pretty awesome junior friends this year that I may never see again. When I get back from Japan, most of them (hopefully all of them) will have graduated and will be on their way to college. I'm going to miss them SOOO much!!! And as for the people I will definitely be seeing again, well, after I get over my anger at them all for not being at school today so I could say goodbye (for shame!), I'm going to miss them plenty, too.
So, yeah, I'm going to miss my school and all of my peoples A LOT. It's going to be interesting when I come back- to see how everyone's changed, what hot drama's happened, how much I've forgotten how to be American, etc. But next year is going to be AWESOME, I know it! I can't wait for Japan, especially now that school is out!!!
I've got a hot summer to look forward to, and Japan is only 2.5 months away. Whoa. I can't believe how close that is. Better start cramming that language, ね?
